Questions

How does buying work?

Paid apps are sold on Etsy: checkout, payment and your download all happen there. This site is where you browse, try the demos and ask questions. Free apps can be downloaded straight from their page here.

How do I get a web app after buying?

Etsy gives you a document with your private link and a QR code. It opens your thank-you page, where you can run the app online or download your own copy as a single file.

How do I get a Google Sheets template after buying?

Your Etsy download includes a document with a link that makes your own editable copy in Google Drive. Templates with built-in automation ask for a one-time Google authorization the first time you use them; the included Authorization Guide walks you through it.

Should I run it online or download it?

Either works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. The online copy runs from your private link; the downloaded file is yours to keep.

Where does my data live?

Web apps keep what you enter on your own device, and some offer an optional sync that keeps a backup in your own cloud. Google Sheets templates keep your data in your own Google Drive. Digi Doughnut can't see what you enter in either.

What is DigiBot, and do I need an AI key?

DigiBot is the AI helper built into some of the web apps. It uses your own free key from Google, and the app walks you through getting one in about two minutes. Glaze, the helper on this website, is the shop's own helper and can't see inside your apps. Step-by-step: get your free AI key.

Do I get updates?

For web apps, your private link always opens the newest version, so you get improvements without doing anything.

What about refunds?

Each app's refund terms are listed on its page under Requirements & compatibility.
