License & usage

License grant

Each purchase grants one perpetual, non-exclusive license to the original purchaser. You may use the app indefinitely for unlimited personal, event or client use. The license is non-transferable, except where an app includes a gift license. Ownership of the app and its intellectual property remains with Digi Doughnut.

Permitted use

As a licensed user you may:

• Use the app for unlimited personal use, events, trips or projects
• Use it for commercial organizing or client work
• Keep your own copies: duplicate a Google Sheets template within your own Google Drive, or keep the program file of a web app on your own devices
• Change the layout, structure or branding of your copy for your own use

You receive usage rights only. Ownership of the underlying formulas, scripts, code and framework is not transferred.

Sharing and collaboration

Google Sheets templates are built for working together, so you may share your copy with the people taking part in your event or project. They may view or edit that shared file, but they may not:

• Duplicate the file for their own reuse
• Use it for separate events they organize
• Treat shared access as owning or buying a license

Sharing for collaboration does not transfer license rights. Only licensed users may reuse, duplicate or repurpose the app.

Not allowed

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app as a product
• Include it in a digital product bundle, template pack, course or membership
• Sell access to the app itself
• Extract, copy or reuse its formulas, Apps Script code, program code or structure for resale
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original app
• Share it in a way that gives other people their own reusable copies

Commercial use is permitted. Redistribution is not.

Intellectual property

All formulas, Apps Script code, program code, calculations, structure, design and underlying framework remain the intellectual property of Digi Doughnut and are protected under international copyright law. A purchase grants usage rights only. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Termination

Breaking these terms ends your license automatically. When it ends, all use must stop.

Disclaimer

Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Digi Doughnut is not responsible for user error, data loss, interruptions of third-party services (including Google services) or platform changes beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digi Doughnut is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of an app.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by applicable international copyright laws.
